Born in South Korea, Kyungsangbuk-do from Charlottesville, Virginia, US.
I am an art historian and a designer. I am passionate about creating connections, helping others, and transforming ideas into reality.
My studies in Art History taught me to compile information with careful attention, strengthen my ability to convert visual-spatial intelligence to a verbal form, and to attend to a work’s components in its physical materials, ethnographic influences, iconography, and unique historical lineage without projecting a personal narrative. When it comes to design there are no limits to what can be created. I gather inspiration from my surroundings and find potential in everything around me.
“The goal of the art historian is to reveal a

work of art to the reader. Things otherwise unseen become visible, thanks to the art
historian’s words.”
